You can get to this key by catching a boat @ Ft. DeSoto. They drop you off for about four hours. You can snorkel too if you'd like. The only people who live here now are the pilots who man a small boat and jump aboard the huge boats getting ready to go underneath the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. These pilots guide the huge boats under the bridge. That's their job.
